I would make an infomercial for this particular shop if they asked me to. Got us right in. Charlie listened to what I wanted and made sure to get it right. We both loved it ! We were so clearly freaking out, but so quickly we were made to feel calm and had it been any other artist, I'm not sure if I could have gone all the way through with it.
