Community

The vast majority of Ghanaians and Africans at large are predominantly rural folks. Surveys show that thousands of villages are still without an evangelical witness. Conservative estimates say that there are still 300,000 Africans villages that do not have an evangelical church.

The average life expectancy of Sub-Saharan Africans hovers around 45 years. In light of this, we need to dramatically increase the rate at which missions, evangelism and church planting is to be done.

We are to remain relevant and faithful to the great commission by evangelizing the outermost part of the world (frontiers) and establishing a church in every community of every nation through the ministry of Frontier Missions Network. The numerous villages in Ghana without churches are often at the mercy of satanic controls.

The poverty rate is very high with people living in sub-human conditions. Churches in the southern part concentrate much in the south to the sad neglect of the unreached in the north. The challenge of planting churches and doing ministry in these areas implores a huge financial load and comes with strong spiritual oppositions. The needed resources for sending workers, raising funds to support them, and providing a means of transportation. Sometimes one has to walk several miles to preach in aplace because there are no roads but only a path that leads to some of these places.

The level of poverty is so high that the basic needs of life are not met. Pastor Moses has even walked for three (3)days to preach the gospel. In the light of this, Pastor Moses prayerfully received this vision from God to establish a ministry to step out in faith to reach out to these people. The frontiers must be taken for Christ irrespective of its numerous challenges.

The people there are saddled with many spiritual and social problems such as lack of the gospel, potable drinking water, schools, good roads, good housing facilities and other basic necessities of life.

The few churches that are there need to be revived and resourced to stand up to the challenge. Hence Frontier Missions Network is designed to meet the challenge of the rural setting with the gospel and to rapidly increase the rate of church planting by investing in a model that:

  1. Encourages the priesthood of all believers.
  2. Prays and expects a movement of the Holy Spirit.
  3. Casts vision for missions and church planting firmly in the hearts of both new and existing churches.
  4. Challenges people to partner with us in fulfilling this vision.
  5. Partner with churches to train church planters.

*Frontier Missions Network therefore seeks as much as to recruit, train, empower and send out missionaries to be true advocates in making a difference in the landscape of global missions.
